NOTICE OF QUOTATION INVITATION FOR CONSULTANCY AND TECHNICAL SUPERVISION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO NEW 128-TEU BARGES

To: Units providing consultancy and technical supervision for VR-SI and VR-SII vessels and barges

Pursuant to the approval of the investment policy for expanding the inland waterway transport barge fleet by the Board of Directors of Vinafco Shipping Joint Stock Company;

Pursuant to the implementation plan for the construction of two new 128-TEU container barges;

Vinafco Shipping Joint Stock Company respectfully invites qualified and experienced units to participate in the competitive quotation for consultancy and technical supervision services with the following details:

1. General Information

Package name: Consultancy and technical supervision for the construction of two 128-TEU container barges.

Selection method: Competitive quotation.

Supervision location: Barge construction shipyard in Ho Chi Minh City.

Execution period: According to the project construction schedule (estimated 6 months, divided into 3 phases).

2. Scope of Work

The consultancy and supervision unit shall perform the full scope of technical supervision throughout the construction process, including:

Inspecting and assessing incoming materials (steel, pipes, main engines, paint, auxiliary materials) to ensure compliance with VR-SI and VR-SII standards;

Supervising fabrication, assembly, welding, tightness testing, painting, equipment installation, sea trials, technical acceptance, and handover;

Preparing progress reports, weekly/monthly reports, acceptance minutes, and finalization documents;

Assisting the Investor in acceptance procedures and vessel registration/classification.

3. Quotation Documents

Quotation documents shall include:

Detailed quotation (unit price, total value, payment conditions, VAT if applicable);

Capability profile and professional certificates for VR-SI/VR-SII consultancy and supervision;

Detailed supervision process, scope, and personnel list;

Implementation schedule chart and draft contract (if available).
