Currently, there are many transportation providers in your country and Vinafco is the leader in quality. At first, when participating in VFC's service for the first year, it was quite good. And the quality has been increasingly improved by the human resources as well as the quality of transporting goods, handling issues under VFC's responsibility from receiving goods to delivering inventory.

Actually, for me, VFC's service is quite good compared to other suppliers. Firstly, the service level meets Unilever's standards. Secondly, VFC also does a very good job in meeting customer needs. And thirdly, responding to requests is also quite good. However, I hope VFC will have more services and solutions that VFC has recently started to have, so it should be promoted more to be more complete.

If I say whether I am satisfied or not, Vinafco will understand better because the output that I transfer to Vinafco every year increases gradually. If I am not satisfied, I will not choose Vinafco and will not trust Vinafco to transport more each year. Personally, working with Vinafco, I have achieved a level of satisfaction, sometimes very satisfied.
