On September 5, Vinafco’s Board of Directors and key members participated in a special training session with Professor Dr. Thai Van Vinh, from the Logistics & Supply Chain Management Faculty at RMIT University, a leading expert in logistics and strategic management.
With the theme “Current Logistics Trends and Strategic Management”, the session provided valuable insights, ranging from updates on the latest industry trends to effective strategic management approaches. The expert’s in-depth sharing helped Vinafco’s leadership gain a comprehensive view of the logistics landscape, while shaping strategic directions to optimize operations and enhance service quality.
During the morning session, participants strengthened and systematized their foundational knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, establishing a solid base for sustainable development. Professor Vinh also introduced emerging logistics trends, emphasizing the shift from the VUCA model to BANI, combined with an analysis of the Logistics Report 2025 to forecast future opportunities and challenges in the market.
The afternoon session focused on strategic discussions, particularly defining USP (Unique Selling Point) to enhance competitiveness. Building upon its four core service pillars, Vinafco continues to implement a “solution-selling” strategy — providing integrated logistics services that optimize resources and deliver exceptional value to customers.
The vibrant atmosphere of learning and discussion reflected Vinafco’s spirit of continuous improvement, innovation, and aspiration to rise higher. This training was not only a step toward professional development but also a significant milestone in Vinafco’s “Good to Great” journey — evolving from a good company to a great, pioneering, and sustainable leader in the logistics industry.
With these fresh directions and a clear strategy, Vinafco reaffirms its commitment to accompanying customers and partners, delivering comprehensive and efficient logistics solutions, and striving to conquer new horizons.
