On August 9–10, 2025, Vinafco proudly joined the Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development (VALOMA) in the program “Journey to Connect – Developing Logistics Human Resources in Nghe An.”
This meaningful initiative aims to strengthen the connection between businesses and educational institutions, enhancing the quality of logistics human resources in Nghe An and across Vietnam.
As part of the program, Vinafco representatives participated in networking activities, shared practical industry experiences, and exchanged insights with students, lecturers, and local enterprises. Through these activities, we contributed to bridging the gap between academic training and real-world logistics operations.
We believe that fostering a highly skilled workforce is essential for the sustainable growth of the logistics sector in Vietnam.
