Hanoi, May 24, 2025 – FPT University (FPTU) and Vinafco Joint Stock Corporation have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a significant milestone in strengthening the collaboration between academia and industry, especially in training, scientific research, and developing high-quality human resources for the logistics sector.
The agreement lays the foundation for long-term, comprehensive cooperation in various areas, from talent recruitment and practical training to social responsibility initiatives and applied research.
A “Win-Win” Collaboration for Future Talent
Under the agreement, Vinafco commits to recruiting and offering internship opportunities to FPTU students, especially those majoring in Information Technology, International Business, and Global Supply Chain & Logistics Management. Students will gain hands-on experience through On-the-Job Training programs, real-life projects, and company visits.
In return, FPTU will support Vinafco in employer branding by promoting job openings via its official channels, and will co-organize events such as career days, seminars, and company tours to help students better understand workplace culture and industry expectations.
Knowledge Sharing and Social Impact
The partnership also covers joint efforts in short-term training programs for Vinafco employees, as well as co-developing research projects with practical applications. Moreover, Vinafco will consider providing scholarships for outstanding students and supporting academic events or community engagement initiatives organized by FPTU.
A Long-Term Commitment to Sustainable Development
The MOU is effective for five years and serves as a framework for periodic reviews, evaluations, and potential expansion of collaboration areas. This agreement reflects a shared commitment to bridging the gap between education and real-world application – particularly in the dynamic, evolving logistics industry.
