37 years of formation and development

Over 37 years of establishment and development, Vinafco with efforts in both human and material resources has built brand reputation and trust for customers with its integrated logistics services & supply chain solutions.

    Establishment of the Central Transportation Services Company

  2. 2001

    Equitized and officially named "Vinafco Joint Stock Company". Inauguration of the Tien Son-Bac Ninh distribution center.

  3. 2006

    Became a public company; Ticker Symbol is VFC

  4. 2014

    Shibusawa Japan became a strategic investor. Invested in and purchased the V26 vessel.

  5. 2016

    Inauguration of the Mekong distribution center. Vinafco's warehouse network officially covered all three regions: North - Central - South.

  6. 2019

    Invested in the additional Morning Vinafco vessel, officially owning 2 container ships.

  7. 2022

    ASG Logistics became a major shareholder of Vinafco.
